Energy storage solutions provider Okaya Group's EV arm had announced its entry into the electric two-wheeler business in July 2021. They have 96 operational showrooms. Work is underway in 122 other showrooms. By March 31, they plan to be proud owners of 1,001 showrooms with the help of 165 dealerships. Okaya has been supplying EV batteries since 2016-17 and EV chargers, charging stations since 2019, thus emerging as a key player in India's mission to create EV charging infrastructure.
